Six Sigma is a methodology that is data driven and the goal is that all the processes used deliver a constant as close to error free as possible, product or service. Using Kaizen and Six Sigma Together Six Sigma can bring about revolutionary improvements to internal processes. Yet cost savings from these project breakthroughs aren’t necessarily known. The cause for this is the lack of minor changes in Six Sigma organizations and upkeep. In the second way time lines should be defined for assessment and implementation of the suggestions.
